What is the typical settlement cycle for cross-border card payments?

For most corridors, card settlements arrive T+2 business days. Domestic transactions within the US, UK and EU typically settle T+1. We publish a corridor-by-corridor settlement matrix during onboarding so your finance team can forecast cash flow accurately.

How do you handle chargebacks and disputes?

When a dispute is filed, our system automatically gathers transaction evidence — delivery confirmation, IP geolocation, device fingerprint and communication logs — and drafts a representment package. You review and approve before submission. Our clients see a median win rate improvement of 15 percentage points over self-managed responses.

Can we keep our existing acquirer relationships?

Yes. Our routing layer sits above your acquirer accounts. You retain your merchant agreements and negotiated rates; we add orchestration, retry logic and reconciliation on top. Where better economics exist, we will recommend additional acquirer relationships but never require them.

What does the integration effort look like for our engineering team?

A standard integration takes 5–10 engineering days depending on your checkout architecture.
