Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy describes how studio998.com approaches cookies and similar technologies. The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing on your device. The only third-party service involved is the Google Fonts CDN, and this policy explains exactly what that means for you.

- studio998.com sets no cookies — no session cookies, no preference cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies.
- The site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or any other client-side persistent storage.
- No analytics tools, tracking pixels, third-party advertising or social media plugins are deployed anywhere on the site.
- The only third party involved is the Google Fonts CDN, which your browser contacts directly; that interaction is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Because nothing non-essential runs, there is no consent banner and nothing for you to opt out of.
4. Google Fonts: The Only Third Party
The one external service the site relies on is the Google Fonts content delivery network. Every page requests its typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These requests are made by your browser directly to Google, not through our servers, and Google receives the technical data that any web server sees in such a request — typically your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and standard request headers.
That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not by ours. Google may process data or set cookies under its own domains in connection with serving fonts; we cannot control that behavior, and we cannot disclose its specifics on Google's behalf. For details, consult Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the Google Fonts data protection FAQ at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq. If you prefer not to make any request to Google at all, you can block the two domains listed above in your browser or network settings; the site remains fully readable using the fallback fonts installed on your device.
5. Analytics, Pixels, Advertising and Social Plugins
studio998.com runs no analytics tools of any kind. There are no tracking pixels, no third-party advertising services, no social media plugins and no embedded widgets that could observe your browsing. We do not build visitor profiles, we do not measure behavior across sites and we do not share browsing data with advertisers or data brokers. The JavaScript on our pages performs presentational tasks only — the mobile navigation menu, scroll-triggered reveals and the contact form's local validation — and it never transmits information about you to us or to anyone else.
6. Consent and Opt-Outs
Because the site sets no cookies and deploys no non-essential technologies, there is nothing for you to accept or reject. That is why studio998.com displays no consent banner and offers no preference center: a banner would only ask you to make a choice that does not exist. Under frameworks such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR, consent is required before non-essential storage is placed on a device; since we place none, no such consent is required from you. Should this ever change, we will revise this policy, introduce an appropriate consent mechanism and give you a real choice before any non-essential technology is deployed.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting or support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which expresses a visitor's preference not to be tracked. studio998.com performs no tracking of any kind, so there is no tracking behavior here for these signals to switch off. We meet the intent of GPC and DNT the simplest way possible: by not tracking anyone, regardless of browser settings. We therefore do not vary the site's behavior based on these signals — every visitor receives the identical, tracking-free experience.
8. The Contact Form
The contact form on our home page does not transmit any data to our servers. When you fill it in and press send, the form script assembles a mailto: link containing your entries and hands it to your own email client; the message is then sent by you, from your device, over your email provider's connection. The form's validation rules and its honeypot spam field are purely local, front-end behaviors — they run in your browser and report nothing to us. studio998.com stores no form submissions, because the site never receives any. Once your email reaches us, it is handled as described in Section 9 below and in our Privacy Policy.
9. Email Correspondence
If you choose to email us — whether through the contact form or directly — your message and its metadata (sender address, timestamps and subject) are retained in our business mailboxes in the ordinary course of business, for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting service relationship. This processing is covered by our Privacy Policy, and retention follows the schedule described there; we do not apply any separate or longer retention period to email that originates from this website.
