Policies and terms

This section collects every policy that applies when you use Studio998 services or browse studio998.com — privacy, contractual terms, refunds and cookies. We write these documents in plain language wherever possible, so you can find the answer without reading like a lawyer. Where a separately signed service agreement between you and Studio998 says something different, that agreement prevails.

All four policies last updated: 3 September 2026  ·  Published by: Studio998, Riverview, Florida, United States

Quick overview
  • Privacy Policy — what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise.
  • Terms of Service — the binding B2B contract covering accounts, fees, acceptable use, liability caps and dispute resolution.
  • Refund Policy — when service fees are refundable, how chargebacks work and the timelines for each payment method.
  • Cookie Policy — our tracking-free approach: studio998.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing on your device.
Disclaimer. These documents are the standard policy texts published by Studio998 for general informational purposes. They do not constitute legal advice. If you are involved in a specific legal dispute, consult an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction before acting on anything published here. Where a client has signed a separate written service agreement, statement of work or Data Processing Addendum with Studio998, that document takes precedence over these standard policies in the event of a conflict.

Working with us

How to use these policies

Different documents matter at different stages of a client relationship. Here is the order we suggest.

01

Before signing

Read the Terms of Service end to end, with particular attention to Section 5 (Client Obligations), Section 6 (Fees and Payment), Section 7 (Acceptable Use) and Section 13 (Limitation of Liability). If any term conflicts with what you negotiated, raise it before countersigning the Service Order — a signed agreement overrides these standard terms.

02

During onboarding

KYC/KYB verification requires identity documents, beneficial ownership records and sanctions screening. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect at this stage, the legal bases we rely on, and the retention schedule that applies once onboarding completes. Where you are the data controller, a Data Processing Addendum supplements Sections 2 and 6 of that policy.

03

In day-to-day operations

Billing questions, service failures and consumer disputes are all routed through the Refund Policy. It defines what is and is not refundable, the evidence required for chargeback defense and the processing timeline for each payment method. Keep your account ID and invoice numbers at hand when contacting us.

04

When browsing this website

The Cookie Policy explains what studio998.com stores on your device — which is nothing: the site sets no cookies, uses no local storage and runs no analytics. It pairs with the Privacy Policy, which covers everything the site and our services do handle, from server logs to the Google Fonts requests described in both documents.

Read privacy and cookies together

The Privacy Policy describes the full scope of personal data processing across our services, while the Cookie Policy documents this website's tracking-free design. Section 2.2 of the Privacy Policy and the Google Fonts section of the Cookie Policy cover the same ground from two angles: what studio998.com itself records (server logs only) and what the single embedded third-party service may process on its own — if you are completing a vendor security review, cite both.

Read terms and refunds together

The Terms of Service establish the fee structure, termination rights and liability limits; the Refund Policy explains what happens to money already paid when those rights are exercised. Section 15 of the Terms and Section 4 of the Refund Policy both address cancellation — the Refund Policy adds the pro-rata mechanics.

Material changes to any of these policies are communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of each policy page always reflects the current revision.
